Trustee & Fiduciary Services
Court-appointed fiduciary work is the discipline the whole firm is built on: careful with facts, direct about options, accountable for outcomes.
The work, specifically.

Courts appoint fiduciaries when other people’s money is at stake and the situation demands someone accountable. Dunn Law, P.A. has built its reputation on exactly that work: administering estates, marshaling and liquidating assets, and making distributions that stand up to scrutiny.
Marcia T. Dunn has served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1992, one of the longest tenures in the district, and has served as operating trustee and court-appointed examiner in Chapter 11 business cases. Michael P. Dunn serves as a court-appointed fiduciary in state and federal matters, including a Securities and Exchange Commission enforcement action involving cryptocurrency fraud and multiple Florida assignments for the benefit of creditors.
That fiduciary discipline shapes how the whole firm works: careful with facts, direct about options, and accountable for outcomes. For creditors in an assignment or receivership the firm administers, proofs of claim are filed through our separate claims page rather than through this one.
