Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: July 6, 2026

Dunn Law, P.A. is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe every visitor should be able to find our attorneys, understand our services, submit a claim, and make a payment with ease, regardless of the technology or ability they bring to the site.

Our Standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard commonly referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for website accessibility.

What We Have Done

  • Semantic page structure with proper headings, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link
  • Visible keyboard focus indicators on every interactive element
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology
  • Color contrast reviewed against WCAG AA thresholds throughout the design
  • Forms with programmatically associated labels and clear error messaging
  • Motion effects that respect the “reduce motion” preference in your device settings
  • Automated accessibility testing (axe-core) across every page template, with issues remediated as found

Known Limitations

Some portions of this website rely on third-party services that we do not control, including our secure payment portals (SimplicityCollect and LawPay), embedded forms, and the automated Spanish translation service. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but their pages may not meet the same standard as ours. If you encounter a barrier in any of these services, contact us and we will assist you directly, including taking payments and claims by phone.

Feedback and Assistance

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we welcome your feedback. If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or would like information in an alternative format, please call us at 786-433-3866 or email rcloud@dunnlawpa.com. Please describe the page and the problem you encountered; we aim to respond within two business days and will work with you to provide the information or service you need.

Enforcement and Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, information about ADA rights and enforcement is available from the U.S. Department of Justice at ada.gov.
