Marcia T. Dunn

Marcia T. Dunn is a partner at Dunn Law, P.A. and one of the longest-serving Chapter 7 panel trustees in the Southern District of Florida, appointed to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court’s panel in 1992. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy and insolvency matters and on mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
Over more than three decades as a fiduciary, Marcia has administered estates of every size and complexity, and has served as an operating trustee and court-appointed examiner in Chapter 11 business cases. She is experienced in the liquidation of all types of assets, including real estate, personal property of every kind, and intangible property.
Marcia is a Florida certified mediator in circuit civil, county, and family matters, serves on the approved mediator lists for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, and mediates in the courts’ Mortgage Modification Mediation program. She has lectured extensively on bankruptcy law for organizations, classes, and seminars.
