Effective date: July 6, 2026
Dunn Law, P.A. (“the firm,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to dunnlawpa.com only, not to information you provide as a client under an engagement agreement, which is protected by attorney-client confidentiality obligations that exceed anything described here.
Information You Provide
You may choose to submit information through forms on this site, including contact inquiries, newsletter signups, matter referrals, and proofs of claim. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, and details about a matter, account, or claim, along with documents you attach. We use this information to respond to you, process your submission, and administer the matters the firm handles. Please do not submit confidential or time-sensitive information through this website; a form submission does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting. If we enable website analytics, it will collect anonymized usage statistics such as pages visited and general location; we do not sell or rent visitor information to anyone.
Payments and Third-Party Processors
Payments made through this site are processed entirely by third parties: collections account payments through SimplicityCollect’s secure payment portal, and legal invoice and retainer payments through LawPay. Your payment card and bank details are entered on those providers’ secure pages and never touch this website. Those providers’ own privacy policies govern the information you submit to them.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate this website and our practice (such as our website host, form processor, and email provider), when required by law or court order, or as necessary in connection with the matters the firm administers, for example, claims submitted in an assignment or receivership become part of that proceeding’s administration.
Retention and Security
We keep form submissions as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose they were submitted, and longer where a proceeding or legal obligation requires it. We use commercially reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission is perfectly secure; use the phone if you prefer, at 786-433-3866.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of the information you submitted through this site, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law and our professional obligations allow, by emailing the firm or calling 786-433-3866. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter at any time using the link in the email.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
