Marcia Dunn is a Partner at Dunn Law, P.A. and focuses her practice on bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters, along with mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to her law practice, Marcia has served as a Chapter 7 panel trustee in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida since 1992. Marcia has also served as an operating trustee and as a court appointed examiner in Chapter 11 business cases. She is experienced in the liquidation of all types of assets, including reals estate, personal property of all kinds and intangible property.

Marcia was certified as a mediator in the areas of civil circuit, county and family law, and is on the approved list of mediators for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. She also serves as a mediator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts Mortgage Modification Mediation (MMM) program. She has lectured extensively for various organizations, classes, and seminars on the topic of bankruptcy law.
