Roxana Clemente
Roxana Clemente is an associate at Dunn Law, P.A. who represents clients in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. Her practice focuses on complex insolvency proceedings, financial disputes, and litigation involving distressed assets.
Before joining the firm, Roxana represented debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Subchapter V cases, experience that gives her a complete view of both sides of an insolvency dispute. In law school she externed with the U.S. Department of Justice’s U.S. Trustee Program and the St. Thomas Law Bankruptcy Clinic, served as an Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, and was a member of the Moot Court Board.
Outside the office, Roxana enjoys time with family and friends and has a passion for interior design.
