Evan Goldenberg is a Partner at Dunn Law, P.A. Evan concentrates
his practice in commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation and environmental
law. He represents parties in complex business litigation, including
partnership and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, director and officer
liability, breach of fiduciary duty, construction litigation, consumer
protection litigation, real property litigation, product liability litigation
and environmental litigation.
Evan comes to Dunn Law, P.A. with 30 years of experience as a
litigator and trial lawyer, including two decades at an AmLaw 100 firm’s Miami
office. He represents clients at trials in state and federal courts,
arbitration and administrative tribunals.
Evan received his J.D. degree from The George Washington
University Law School. He attended Tufts University, where he received
undergraduate degrees in Biology, Political Science and Environmental
Studies. He obtained a masters’ degree in environmental health sciences
from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and an MBA from Florida
International University (FIU).
Evan is admitted to the Florida Bar and the bars of the U.S.
District Courts in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and has represented clients pro hac vice in
New York, Delaware, California, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Georgia, Oregon, New
Jersey, the District of Columbia and Massachusetts.
Evan has been a frequent lecturer on environmental law issues, including hazardous substances and hazardous waste, water and air pollution, endangered species, wetlands, and environmental insurance issues, and has published articles on air pollution and environmental insurance issues.
