Evan Goldenberg is a partner at Dunn Law, P.A. who concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and environmental law, bringing thirty years of experience as a litigator and trial lawyer, including two decades in the Miami office of an AmLaw 100 firm.

Evan represents parties in complex business litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, director and officer liability, breach of fiduciary duty, construction litigation, consumer protection, real property, product liability, and environmental litigation. He has tried cases in state and federal courts, arbitration, and administrative tribunals, and has appeared pro hac vice for clients in ten states and the District of Columbia.

A frequent lecturer on environmental law, Evan has spoken and published on hazardous substances and waste, water and air pollution, endangered species, wetlands, and environmental insurance issues.
