How We Handle Referrals

Your client stays your client.

When a business file turns into an adversary proceeding, a preference action, or a collection fight, referring it should protect two things: your client's outcome and the relationship you own. That is how we work.

  1. 1One business day. We run conflicts and respond within one business day, with a direct answer about whether we can take the matter.
  2. 2Scope discipline. We handle the referred matter and send everything else back to you. Your client relationship is not our business development target.
  3. 3You stay informed. Copy on significant filings and candid status when you want it, silence when you don't.

Referral and co-counsel fee arrangements consistent with Rule 4-1.5(g), Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, discussed openly at intake.
