How We Handle Referrals
Your client stays your client.
When a business file turns into an adversary proceeding, a preference action, or a collection fight, referring it should protect two things: your client's outcome and the relationship you own. That is how we work.
- 1One business day. We run conflicts and respond within one business day, with a direct answer about whether we can take the matter.
- 2Scope discipline. We handle the referred matter and send everything else back to you. Your client relationship is not our business development target.
- 3You stay informed. Copy on significant filings and candid status when you want it, silence when you don't.
Referral and co-counsel fee arrangements consistent with Rule 4-1.5(g), Florida Rules of Professional Conduct, discussed openly at intake.
