For Clients of the Firm

Pay an invoice or retainer.

Clients of the firm can pay by credit card, debit card, or eCheck through LawPay, the payment platform built for law firms. There are two payment pages, and the difference matters.

Which Page Do I Use?

Two pages. One simple rule.

  1. 1Received an invoice or bill? Use Pay an Invoice. This is for legal services the firm has already performed and billed to you.
  2. 2Asked to pay a retainer or deposit? Use Pay a Retainer. This is for funds we requested before or during your representation. They are held in the firm's trust account and applied to your matter as fees are earned.

The letter, email, or engagement agreement you received tells you which one applies. Not sure? Call 786-433-3866 and ask for our billing team before paying, using the right page keeps your funds in the right account.

Making a payment on a collections account instead? That happens on a different page: Collections Account Payment.
