Roxana Clemente is an associate at Dunn Law, P.A., where she represents clients in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. Her practice focuses on complex insolvency proceedings, financial disputes, and litigation involving distressed assets and business-related conflicts.

Roxana earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude in the top 15% of her class. During law school, she served as an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review and was a member of the St. Thomas Moot Court Board. She also externed with the St. Thomas Law Bankruptcy Clinic and the U.S. Department of Justice’s U.S. Trustee Program.

Prior to joining the firm, Roxana represented debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Subchapter V cases, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of debtor-side strategy and considerations in bankruptcy proceedings. Roxana is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

In her free time, Roxana enjoys spending time with family and friends and has a passion for interior design.
