Hannah Kelly

Hannah joined the firm’s bankruptcy and creditor’s rights practices upon the completion of her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May, 2024, and her Bachelor of Arts degree at Virginia Tech.

During law school, Hannah participated in the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition where she authored a brief on a complex bankruptcy issue and presented her argument before bankruptcy judges in New York City. She gained additional practical experience in bankruptcy law while working as a Law Clerk at a law firm in Denver, Colorado, during her second and third years of law school.

In Hannah’s current role as Law Clerk, she primarily supports our creditors rights and bankruptcy law practices. Upon licensure to the Florida Bar, Hannah will transition to the position of Associate Attorney with the firm.
