David Blansky focuses his practice on insolvency with an emphasis on bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He regularly represents trustees, fiduciaries, creditors and debtors.

He also handles a wide variety of commercial contract disputes and business litigation.

David started his career as a prosecutor, subsequently transferring his skills as a trial lawyer to civil disputes. He has conducted investigations and prosecuted claims on behalf of trustees, plan administrators, and other fiduciaries for the benefit of creditors for more than 18 years.

Prior to joining Dunn Law, P.A., David was a partner with a boutique bankruptcy and litigation law firm in Long Island, New York.

Since 2011, he has been annually recognized by Avvo.com with a Superb rating for his experience, industry recognition and professional conduct.

In 2020/2021, David was named in The Marquis Who’s Who in American Law registry.

David is a frequent lecturer on a variety of topics, including judgment enforcement, civil contempt, bankruptcy law, and voidable transactions.

David is also a member of the Parkland Chamber of Commerce.
